Yes. The Free plan gives you 7,200 credits every month (up to 30 minutes per recording) and 10 questions to Ask Doppio. No card needed. Paid plans add more time and features.

On the web, in the Android app and in the Chrome extension. Sign in with the same account and your notes are on every device.

No. Doppio records from your own device — your phone's microphone in the Android app, or the meeting tab in Chrome. No bot joins the call and nothing is added to the meeting.

Yes. Turn on “Include my microphone” and both sides of the call are transcribed — the other people from the tab, you from your microphone.

The Android app keeps the recording on your phone and uploads it when you're back online, so nothing is lost.

Doppio doesn't notify other participants. Please tell people when you record and get their consent where the law or your organisation requires it.

Common formats such as MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG and WEBM. Uploading files is included in the Student, Pro and Power plans.

A short summary, key points, action items you can tick off, and the full transcript with timestamps. Paid plans also label who said what.

About a minute after you stop. Live recordings are transcribed while you talk, so there's very little left to do at the end.

Ask questions in plain words — “What did Rahim ask for?” — and get answers from your meetings, with a link to the exact moment it was said. You can ask about one meeting on every plan; asking across all your meetings is included in Pro and Power.

Yes. Copy the summary or transcript, email your notes, or create a read-only share link you can revoke anytime. PDF and Word export is included in the paid plans.

Each meeting's summary is created once. If a summary couldn't be created, open the meeting and press Generate.

Very good for clear speech in Bangla, English and mixed sentences. Background noise, people talking over each other or a weak microphone lower accuracy — always check important details.

Yes. The whole app, website and extension are available in বাংলা — switch with the language button at any time.

Pick a plan, Send Money with bKash or Nagad to the number shown and put your code in the Reference field. Then submit the TrxID in Doppio — your plan starts as soon as it's verified, usually within 30 minutes.

The sender. Send the full plan amount; the fee is separate.

No. Nothing renews by itself — you renew when you want to, and we remind you 3 days before your plan ends.

Yes — paying for a year saves 15%. Coupon codes, when we run them, can be entered at checkout.

Spaces keep parts of your life apart, like Office and Health. Each one has its own Library, and Ask looks only there unless you choose All my spaces. Pick a space once, and new recordings go there until you switch.

Free 1 space, Student 2 spaces, Pro 3 spaces and Power 5 spaces. Your Personal space is included and can't be deleted. Deleting another space moves its meetings to Personal, and nothing is lost.

Credits measure recording: 1 credit is 1 second.

On paid plans you can buy extra credits (top-ups) that last until the end of your current cycle, or move to a bigger plan.

No. You go back to the Free plan and all your meeting history stays.

If a payment can't be verified it's rejected with a reason and you can submit it again. If you paid and your plan isn't active, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Download the app from the website, open the file and allow your browser to install apps if asked. New versions install from inside the app.

Install it from the Chrome Web Store with one click — search for Doppio or use the Get Doppio link on this site. It works in Chrome, Edge and Brave, and updates install by themselves.

Press “Stop & summarize” in the Doppio side panel. The panel stays open on every tab while you record, so the Stop button is always there.

Not yet. On iPhone you can use Doppio in the browser at heydoppio.com.

No. Audio is used only to create the transcript and is not kept afterwards. Your transcripts and notes stay in your account until you delete them.

Only you — unless you create a share link. Doppio staff can't see your meeting content.

No. We never sell your data, show ads, or use your content to train AI models.

Delete any meeting from its menu, or delete your whole account in Settings. You can also export everything first (Settings → Export my data).

It lets Doppio recognise who is speaking. Record about 15 seconds of your voice once in the Android app, and your lines are marked as yours. On paid plans you can also name other people, and Doppio recognises them next time.

Only a pattern of numbers computed on your phone. The recording itself stays on your phone. The numbers are stored only in your account, and no one else can see them. If you save someone else's voice, please ask them first.

Open Settings, then Voice profiles, and delete one person or all of your voice data. Names in past meetings stay.
